In the heart of Mirabel, the L’Entêté microbrewery welcomes you in a warm and festive atmosphere. Our rustic bistro menu features our own products and those of our local partners.
Rooted in the region for seven generations, our family business owns the largest and most diverse farmland in the area. In addition to the Bonaventure sugar shack and Chez Kyky garden centre, our family and team produce corn, soybeans, cedar, barley, fruits, and vegetables. We also have apple trees, laying hens and a few turkeys, cattle, horses, and three maple groves totaling approximately 6,000 taps.
A microbrewery worth discovering
Our projects are ambitious, and our determination to offer you the very best inspired the name L’Entêté (The Stubborn One). Since 2019, after expanding our sugar shack twice due to its success, the microbrewery has been brewing about fifteen beers to please every palate: IPA, blonde, brown, amber, stout, and sour! From classic thirst-quenching beers like Simon le Moine, a German blonde ale, or San Cristobal, a Mexican lager, to more unique offerings like Guillaume Tell, our white beer made with Quebec apples, or Pincée, our sour beer with berries, there’s something for everyone to discover.
For regulars, Bonaventure, a German blonde lager, Champêtre, a white wheat ale with citrus aromas, or Farouche, a red ale with hints of toast and caramel, are sure bets. For the more adventurous, L’Enivrante, a New England IPA with tropical fruit aromas at 6.5%, Malfaisante, a West Coast IPA with a fresh and sharp bitterness at 7.1%, or even L’Accrochante, a Double New England IPA at 8%, will satisfy you.
On the menu

For those with a sweet tooth, our chefs offer delicacies prepared with care and joy. Ask us upon arrival what cut of meat is currently available.
In addition to our regular menu with salads, tartares, poutines and burgers, try our smokehouse platters which will let you discover all the flavor of our artisans: Our smoked bacon candies, our Texas-style smoked brisket, our St. Louis cut rib sticks, our aged cheddar and jalapeno sausages from our fields, our chicken wings, our pulled pork, our smoked turkey… impossible to resist!
Don’t forget to try our wild boar pogos, made right here, and grab a few cans of beer and a gallon of maple syrup to take home on your way out. Come visit us and you’ll understand why it’s good to be stubborn!
