Au Poulet Nouveau is a rotisserie-style restaurant with a chicken oven, but it also serves other dishes such as grilled meats, pasta, and seafood. They also offer catering and delivery services.

Jacques and Jocelyn Gariépy, two brothers and business partners for almost 42 years. Today, the restaurant Au Poulet Nouveau can accommodate some 200 customers. During the summer months, a patio seats nearly 60 people. The restaurant has undergone a few facelifts over the years, but has never been moved from the place where it took shape in 1977.
