Constantin Sugar Shack: a local institution for 4 generations

Located in Saint-Eustache since 1941, the Constantin Sugar Shack is an integral part of the Deux-Montagnes region’s landscape. Founded by Émile and Bernadette Constantin, it is now run by the 4th generation, who continue the mission of offering local products and showcasing local expertise.

Products of Yesteryear

Renowned for its traditional maple syrup season meals, the company is also a major food supplier in the region. Starting in the early 2000s, the family expanded its offerings with the Produits d’Antan line, growing from 30 to over 200 premium culinary creations. These complete, ready-to-eat meals, distributed throughout the province, allow families to enjoy authentic local flavors at home.

Always keen to reinvent itself, Cabane à sucre Constantin has also developed the Route 8 microbrewery. Its apple beer, made from the family orchard, reflects this desire to unite tradition and innovation, while showcasing the riches of the land.

From maple syrup production to prepared meals and craft beers, Constantin remains a key player for anyone wishing to consume local and support a local business firmly rooted in its community.
