Kaïzen Arts Martiaux

Kaizen Martial Arts aims to promote martial arts instruction in a healthy, safe, and family-oriented environment. Through martial arts, students, both children and adults, learn self-defense and improve their physical fitness by training with partners who become like second families. Through courses, workshops and conferences in schools, Kaizen Martial Arts also wants to raise awareness among primary and secondary school children about accepting differences and knowing how to react to bullying and physical, verbal and psychological violence.
