Choco-Mango was founded in 2001 in Val-d'Or by Olga Coronado Mijangos, an entrepreneur originally from Guatemala who had been living in Canada for about thirty years. Passionate about fine chocolate, she makes all her chocolates by hand, striving for excellence. A perfectionist, she wants everything to be perfect: the aromas, the flavors, and the presentation.
