Competition rules
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER
This competition is organised by rabaischocs, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”.
ARTICLE 2 – COMPETITION PERIOD
The contest runs from July 4, 2025 at 12:01 AM to July 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Any entry received outside of this period will be automatically rejected.
ARTICLE 3 – ADMISSIBILITY
The competition is open to all individuals, regardless of age or place of residence. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES TO BE WON
The winner will receive:
- Discount vouchers for a restaurant of your choice from those participating in the event
- Discount vouchers for a summer activity of your choice in the region of your choice, as part of the event.
- Maximum total value: CAD$150
The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equivalent value if necessary.
ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in the competition, participants must:
- Complete the official participation form in its entirety
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Meet the eligibility requirements
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
ARTICLE 6 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition’s end.
ARTICLE 7 – NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be contacted by email or telephone within 10 days of the draw. They will have 30 days to claim their prize; after this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw may be held.
ARTICLE 8 – PRIZE AWARD CEREMONY
The winner will have to:
- Confirm your identity
- Sign a declaration of conformity
- Provide the necessary information for the award ceremony.
Gift certificates for the restaurant and summer activity will be organized according to the availability and conditions of the partner establishments.
ARTICLE 9 – DATA PROTECTION
The personal information collected is used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Participants may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their data.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:
- Technical problems preventing participation
- How the winner uses the prize
- Direct or indirect damages related to the competition
ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without prior notice or compensation.
ARTICLE 12 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any breach of the rules will result in automatic disqualification.
