In the heart of Old Saint-Eustache, in a two-hundred-year-old building steeped in history, the Noire & Blanche Microbrewery has established itself in 13 years as a must-visit destination in the region. More than just a microbrewery, it blends the authenticity of a restaurant with a rustic ambiance and the creativity of a committed local producer.
Proud of its roots, the microbrewery prioritizes local purchasing and actively participates in various regional events, including the Pancake Festival, affirming its role as an important player in the cultural and culinary life of the Laurentians.
Beers to discover
In its adjoining brewhouse, the brewers create an impressive variety of beers, available in the shop or for tasting on-site. Connoisseurs discover a range of flavors, from revisited classics to bold creations. Among the most renowned are: Litchi-Tchin, a Belgian white beer with white tea, lychee, and ginger; Saison de feu, an amber ale with Thai chili and Selim pepper; and Au pied du mur, a brown ale with notes of caramel, chocolate, and tropical fruit.
On September 20th, the Noire & Blanche microbrewery will celebrate its 13th anniversary: a great opportunity to come and raise a glass to local beers!
