Discount validation

This document explains how to validate a Rabachocs certificate depending on the device used. This validation will ensure that no one presents the same certificate twice.

Validation procedure from a computer

  1. Open a web browser (ideally Google Chrome , but Firefox or Safari or others will also be compatible) and access the website rabaischocs.com .

  2. Click on the character icon in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the login details you received via email.

    Make sure you have reset your password using the link provided via email.

  4. Check ” Remember me “, then click Login .

  5. Once connected, click on Mobile Validation (green button in the center of the page).

    We recommend creating a shortcut to this page on your desktop for easy access during future validations.

  6. Click in the ” Enter security code ” field.

    • If you have a scanner , scan the barcode on the voucher presented by the customer.

    • Alternatively, manually enter the code located below the barcode.

  7. Click on Check .

    • If the voucher is valid , it will appear in green, along with the amount (e.g., $50 Gift Certificate).

    • If the voucher is invalid , it will appear in red, along with the time and date of previous use.

  8. If the voucher is valid, click on Validate (green button).

Validation procedure from a phone or tablet

  1. Open a web browser ( Google Chrome , Safari , Firefox or other ) and access the website rabaischocs.com .

  2. Click on the character icon in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the login details you received via email.

    Make sure you have reset your password using the link provided via email.

  4. Check ” Remember me ” and then click on Login .

  5. When a customer presents you with a voucher:

    • Open your phone or tablet.

    • Open the camera to scan the QR code. Once the camera captures the QR code, a link will appear.

  6. Click on the link that appears to access your dashboard.

    • If the voucher is valid , it will be indicated in green, with the corresponding amount.

    • If the voucher is invalid , it will be indicated in red with the date and time of previous use.

  7. Click on Validate (at the bottom of the page).

    Note: only one voucher can be validated at a time.

  8. Once all vouchers have been validated, manually apply the credit in your system so that it is visible on the customer’s invoice .

Final step (common to both methods)

After validation, the amount corresponding to the voucher(s) must be manually applied to the customer’s invoice , after taxes , from your billing system.


Validation from a computer

  2. Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Enter the login credentials you received by email

    Make sure you’ve reset your password using the link provided in the email.

  4. Tick ​​the box “ Remember me ”, then click Login .

  5. Once logged in, click on Mobile Validation (green button in the middle of the page).

    We recommend creating a desktop shortcut to this page for easier access in the future.

  6. Click inside the field “ enter security code ”.

    • If you have a scanner , scan the barcode on the voucher presented by the customer.

    • Alternatively, manually enter the code shown beneath the barcode.

  7. Click check .

    • If the voucher is valid , it will appear in green along with the amount (eg. $50 gift voucher).

    • If the voucher is invalid , it will appear in red, showing the date and time it was previously used.

  8. If valid, click validate (Green button).

Validation from a phone or tablet

Final step (applies to both methods)

After validation, the total value of the voucher(s) must be manually applied to the customer’s invoice, after taxes , using your own invoicing system.
